Legislative incumbents fared well in Tuesday`s primaries, based on preliminary results, with several Hartford-area lawmakers on their way to decisive victories even as counting of absentee ballots continued Wednesday. The Associated Press early Wednesday declared Democratic Rep. Bobby Gibson the winner in the 15th House District, which includes Bloomfield and a small part of Windsor.
